Accept bookings on-line, all the time. Collect a deposit straight to your account or specify "On Request" bookings so you can accept or reject each booking on it's merits, it's your choice. With Beds24.com you can even specify special rules for short term bookings and set "exceptional" dates with special booking rules.
Specify which information the guest must supply and which they may optionally enter with their booking, everything from "time of arrival" to their credit card details.
Show extra items which may be added to the booking, perhaps an optional dinner or full board, bicycle hire or parking. You may also define compulsory charges, for example a once off cleaning fee per booking.
