We want you to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Free Electricity is 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if you let the aircon run with open doors, you will use more, and then we will charge you 7 baht per Kwh.
A damage deposit of THB 1,500 is also required and returned when leaving.

By Thai law, all guests are required to provide a copy of their passport upon check-in.

Pre payment of 50% after your booking and full charge when you arrive (No show is charged 100%)
