Pre payment of 50% after your booking and full charge when you arrive (No show is charged 100%)

We ask my guests to behave as they would when they are at home, the place has a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, I merely ask that my guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building/unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only and outside the building area.

♡ ONLY FOR BOOKINGS OVER 7 DAYS! An electricity fee of 7 THB per unit (kilowatts) for bookings of more than 7 nights.
A damage deposit of THB 1,500 is also required for more than 7 days' stay upon arrival.
♡ We do clean your room one time per week for free for a longer stay (extra cleaning costs 400 THB per time)
