We ask my guests to behave as they would when they are at home, the place has a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, I merely ask that my guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building/unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only and outside the building area.
