Fashion House is an elegant Bed and Breakfast, situated in an antique fashion house in the center of Barcelona, in Carrer Bruc 13, a few steps away from Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas and the Barrio Gotico.
The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, with hand-carved ceilings 4.5 meters high, equipped with heating/air conditioning and free wi-fi connection. All the rooms of Fashion House B&B have either a balcony, veranda or terrace and are furnished with an oriental touch, enriched with objects coming from different parts of the world.

50% of your reservation will be charged to your credit card as a deposit.

Cancellation/Modification Policy 
FREE CANCELLATION UNTIL 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
If canceled later, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
If canceled on the day of check in or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Long Stay Rates (=+7 nights) Special Policy 
50% of the reservation not refundable.
If canceled on the day of check in or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Special Canc./Mod. Policy for NEW YEAR'S (27/12/22 - 02/01/23), Easter (06 - 10/04/23), Primavera Sound (31/05 - 04/06/23) and Sonar Festivals (15 - 18/06/23) 
Short or Long stay
50% of the total of the reservation not refundable.

Force Mayeure Policy
In case of Official Force Mayeure, all reservation fees will be waived or upon agreement of the guest, a voucher for a future reservation will be offered. 
It is considered FM: the declaration of a State of Emergency in Spain or in the country of origin of the guest and a travel ban to Spain from the country of origin or a travel ban by Spanish government for citizens from a specific country of origen.
The dates of the stay of the guest must be included in the State of Emergency for the Force Mayeure conditions to apply.
