Each room is slightly different from the others. Pictures correspond to the room types. Please select the correct number of persons to be assigned the corresponding room.
According to availability, also two different room types may be selected in order to confirm the whole stay.

Children older than 12 years are considered as adults.
Optional breakfast 6 euros per person per day.
Breakfast from 8:45 am to 11 am. Coffee, Teas, Hot Chocolate, Orange Juice, Yogurt, Muesli, Variety of Fruit, Milk, Corn Flakes, Cookies, Ham, Cheese, Salami, Spanish Tortilla, Variety of Breads, Butter, Jams, Chocolate Spread, Variety of Croissants and Cakes.
Free coffee and tea and access to common fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Cold drinks machine.
Free internet WiFi, towels and cleaning included.
Tourist tax 4,13 eur per person per night; 4,68 eur from 1 April 2024
Parking available at special rates depending on the length of the stay.

Please tell us your arrival time at the airport, or if you are coming by car or train, so we can calculate an approximate check in time at Fashion House.

Resevation Policy
50% of your reservation will be charged to your credit card as a deposit.

Cancellation/Modification Policy 
FREE CANCELLATION UNTIL 21 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
If canceled later, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
If canceled on the day of check in or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Long Stay Rates (=+7 nights) Special Policy 
50% of the reservation not refundable.
If canceled on the day of check in or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Special Canc./Mod. Policy for Xmas (22 - 25/12/23) Easter (28/03 - 01/04/24), Primavera Sound (29/05 - 02/06/24) and Sonar Festivals (13 - 16/06/24) 
Short or Long stay
50% of the total of the reservation not refundable.

100% Not refundable and prepaid.

For Group Reservations a special policy applies

Force Mayeure Policy
In case of Official Force Mayeure, all reservation fees will be waived or upon agreement of the guest, a voucher for a future reservation will be offered. 
It is considered FM: the declaration of a State of Emergency in Spain or in the country of origin of the guest and a travel ban to Spain from the country of origin or a travel ban by Spanish government for citizens from a specific country of origen.
The dates of the stay of the guest must be included in the State of Emergency for the Force Mayeure conditions to apply.
