Mirador Budget Studio is a cozy upstairs studio apartment with private entrance, double bed, basic kitchenette, private bathroom with hot water shower (please note, the bathroom is small with no sink), and beautiful garden and jungle views.

Only 75 meters to the beach down a beautiful garden path.

Studio includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, while the bathroom includes a hot water shower, towels and free toiletries.

All linens, towels, beach towels, and coffee maker included. Accommodates up to 2 people. Pets are welcome! (Please specify number and type of pet in comments section of reservation form.)

In order to confirm a reservation, we must receive a 20% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. Please let us know if you have any questions with the automated booking engine. You can email us at junglehouse@gmail.com or call +506-2787-5005. Credit cards are securely processed via PayPal. If you made your reservation via email or phone, the deposit will be adjusted on your invoice. We look forward to seeing you at Charlie's Jungle House! Pura Vida!

Cancellation Policy:
• If cancelled, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged and the total reservation price will be charged if cancelled within 45 days before arrival.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment
20 percent non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival.

Balance due CASH UPON ARRIVAL.
5% credit card processing fee if using credit card upon arrival.
