Villa Verde I - 6 is a three-bedroom condo located a few steps from Tamarindo beach. This condo comfortably sleeps 6 persons 3 rooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. With all of these bedrooms and separate baths, it is ideal for a large family living there full time or to use as a rental income property. The condo is in very good condition, completely remodeled the unit when they purchased it a few years ago: new kitchen, new fridge and oven, painting everywhere, new furniture, hanging chairs, plumbing upgrades, wifi locks, new AC units in 2 rooms, and more.

All the units in the highly sought-after VVI are built next to each other, on three floors, with balconies adjacent to each of the bedrooms. On the first floor, there's an open living room/kitchen area, half bathroom, washer/dryer, and a back patio. The condo is equipped with 4 flat-screen TVs, cable, and internet access, and is steps away from the pool. The main courtyard of the complex is beautifully landscaped with tropical greenery and a wonderful pool with a waterfall. The complex is completely gated and has 24-hour security as well as its own parking area outside the gates.
