The Tenant can choose an option "postponement of the stay" or "cancellation without charge".
These guarantees are valid in the event of confinement or prohibition of movement preventing the stay of the Tenant.
The "postponement of stay" option allows the Tenant to postpone his stay within 18 months of the date of his stay, for a stay of equivalent value in the same Rental (or in another of the Lessor).
The 'free cancellation" option allows the Tenant to cancel their stay and be reimbursed for the costs incurred (apart from the cost of this guarantee).
The guarantee can be engaged up to 14 days before arrival, or within 24 hours following a regulation prohibiting movement or confinement when this regulation occurs within the period of 14 days preceding the arrival.
La propreté a toujours été au centre de nos préoccupations, mais c'est d'autant plus crucial aujourd'hui. Pour votre santé, un protocole de nettoyage en 5 étapes a été mis en place qui comprend notamment l'aération, le nettoyage, l'assainissement et la désinfection des surfaces fréquemment touchées (poignées de porte, interupteurs, clés...)
