Together with the 1.2 metre wide folding sofa (which can be used as a double bed) on the balcony-like 1st floor, there is space for up to 3 people to sleep (by arrangement). The roof terrace and garden in front of the loft can be used in a variety of ways.

A 'mini kitchen' with dishwasher, hob and oven with automatic long cooking function is available. Crockery and cutlery for eight place settings. 250 Mbit WLAN and HD projector available.  A waterfall cascades from the entrance to the loft.
