Please note that the villa can only be rented weekly with Saturdays as the arrival and departure days.

If you book the main unit only, the ground floor apartment will remain closed. You always enjoy the exclusivity of the villa.

Prices include cleaning on departure, linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, parking, and internet. 

Pets and parties are not allowed.

Payment: A 25% down payment of the total price is due, via bank transfer or PayPal, on confirmation of the reservation. The balance of the total price is due at latest 8 weeks prior to arrival and is also payable by bank transfer or PayPal. If the period between booking and arrival is less than 8 weeks, the total price must be paid immediately. In addition a refundable deposit of 500 € is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. 

Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date the booking can be cancelled with no additional costs. Down payments made will be refunded. Between 8 and 4 weeks, prior to the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is payable on cancellation. If the stay is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be given.
