30 days notice or longer - 100% refunded including the deposit.
15 days to 29 days notice – Refund of any final payments made.
14 days or less notice - No refund.
If full payment has not been received 14 days before the start date the holiday will automatically be cancelled.
During any forced lockdowns or site closures, through no fault of the customer, a full refund will be given.

We reserve the right of admission.
We do not accept unsupervised youths below the age of 18 or all adult groups (stag/ hen parties).
In our experience lack of respect for fellow residents is almost always associated with the mismanagement of alcohol. If heavy consumption is a part of your camping ideal - please do not book at Redhill.
We have a large recycling and rubbish facility - we provide bags for recycling.
We have a 'no stereo' or electronic music policy, please do not bring any speaker systems or play car stereos. Also bongos or drums are not allowed.
We do not allow dogs. or any other pet.
We cannot accept responsibility for your possessions or any personal injury sustained while staying at Redhill or when using campfires or outdoor cooking facilities.
