Although Studios are more advantageously located within the hotel, they do not have a direct caldera view. Most of them have double beds and they can accommodate more than 2 guests. Cancellation Policy:
-You can cancel FREE of charge until 14 days before arrival.The prepayment is totally refunded.
-For cancellation 1 to 13  days before arrival, you will be  charged 50% of the stay.
-For no show or departure prior to the scheduled check out date results in 100% charge.

Children Policy
-Children under 2 years stay free of charge for cot.
