Furnished holiday rentals are subject to payment of the rent.
- For stays with cancellation conditions: free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay (excluding 1.5% bank charges).
- For stays with a non-refundable offer: full payment of the stay is required at the time of booking, and no cancellation conditions are permitted. You should contact your bank to find out the cancellation conditions of your payment card. You will need to pay a deposit of 10% or 30%, depending on the apartment. You will receive an email the day after your booking, informing you that the balance will be automatically charged to the credit card used to pay the deposit within 5 days. If you wish to pay the balance of the stay by another method, please contact the concierge by email (reservation@homency.fr) before the payment is processed.

Non-smoking flat: part of the deposit (€200) will be retained if the flat smells of cigarette smoke or other substances. Ski equipment is not permitted in the flat and part of the deposit (€100) will be retained if an offence is committed. Pets are not allowed. Parties and evenings are not permitted. The tenant undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
