→ The Tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 10 pm and 8 am
→ No illicit activities or activities contrary to good morals
→ Pets not allowed

It is agreed that in the event of cancellation/withdrawal:

* Flexible 1 day offer :

from the Tenant :
- more than 1 day before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will be reimbursed for the deposit received (100% of the amount of the reservation)

- less than 1 day before the lease takes effect, the Tenant will not be reimbursed for the deposit cashed at the time of booking, representing the total stay, minus cleaning costs and tourist tax.

from the Landlord :
- within 1 day of withdrawal, the Landlord must pay double the total amount of the stay.

Terms of payment for the reservation :
- 100% on reservation

* Non-refundable offer :

from the Tenant :
- the Tenant will not be reimbursed for the deposit received at the time of booking, representing the total cost of the stay, minus cleaning costs and tourist tax.

from the Landlord :
- the Landlord must pay double the total amount of the stay.

Terms of payment for the reservation :
- 100% on reservation
