ZAO Forest House 843 is located about 2 km (6 minutes by car) from the Zao Sansuien entrance. A car is required. ? About the Property ZAO Forest House 843 is a two-story villa with a natural hot spring bath. It features three bedrooms and a spacious 3LDK layout (living room, dining area, and kitchen). 1st Floor Living & Dining Room 65-inch TV with Fire TV Stick (YouTube and streaming available). Comfortable sofa and dining set for group relaxation. Kitchen Fully equipped system kitchen with cookware, utensils, and tableware.(Please bring your own food and seasonings.) Wood Deck Accessible from the living room. Enjoy the surrounding greenery. (Note: BBQ and smoking are not permitted on the deck.) Bathroom (Natural Hot Spring) Enjoy a private natural hot spring bath directly sourced from the spring. Bedrooms (1st Floor) Japanese Room (2 single beds): A private, independent bedroom with tatami flooring and balcony view. Japanese Room (4 futons): Adjacent to the living room, ideal for futon-style sleeping. Toilet: Equipped with a washlet (bidet seat). 2nd Floor Western-style Room (2 single beds): A lockable private bedroom. Toilet: Also with washlet function. [House Rules] The use of personal hot plates or portable stoves is strictly prohibited. Cooking is allowed only in the kitchen. Please clean and return used cookware and dishes to their original places. Report any broken items to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or Visitor Station. ? Meals are not included. Rates cover up to 4 guests; additional fees apply from the 5th guest onward. Children: No child rate available. Children aged 2 years and older are charged as adults. Children under 2 years stay free (no bedding or towels provided). If bedding is required, please include them in the guest count. Noise & Neighborhood The villa is located in a residential area. Please keep voices down, especially outdoors at night. Outdoor conversations on the deck are prohibited between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM. In case of serious noise complaints, guests may be asked to leave immediately. ? Check-in Information Check-in: 15:00–20:00 Check-out: 10:00 (Late check-in may not always be possible.) Check-in Locations: 15:00–20:00: Gaia Resort Visitor Station (next to “Sakai Coffee”) After 20:00: Zao Sansuien Management Office The villa is located inside the Zao Sansuien resort area. Guests receive a remote gate key upon check-in to enter the premises. Access without the gate key is not possible. ZAO Forest House 843 is a 5-minute drive from the entrance gate. There is no pick-up or taxi arrangement service—please arrive by car. ? BBQ & Fire Policy Barbecues, fireworks, or any open flames are strictly prohibited within the Zao Sansuien area and on the villa’s deck. Guests wishing to BBQ can use the Wild Zao Village BBQ facility, located 1 minute by car from the Zao Sansuien gate. Details provided after booking confirmation. ? Access A car is required for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. 15 min from Shiroishi I.C. or Murata I.C. (Tohoku Expressway) 15 min from Miyagi-Kawasaki I.C. About Zao Sansuien The Sansuien area features the Matsukawa River and scenic views of the Zao mountain range. The grounds include “Seseragi-no-Sato”, a clear stream where fireflies live — a symbol of the area’s pristine nature.
