Terms and Conditions

  1. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. Guests may wish to consider taking out holiday/cancellation insurance to cover any unexpected eventualities. 

  2. The full cost of the reservation is payable if cancelled within two weeks of arrival date, or in the event of a no-show.

  3. You may change the date or length of your stay subject to a minimum of 2 nights stay (minimum 3 nights stay during bank holiday weekends) on request up to two weeks prior to your arrival date and depending upon room availability.

  4. Sorry no children below the age of 5 years. All children aged 5 years and over must be included in the total guest number and must sleep in their own bed

  5. We will endeavor to allocate room(s) as booked but we reserve the right to accommodate guests in an alternative room of equivalent standard.

  6. Check in is available from 4 PM on day of arrival. Check out is required by 10.30 AM on day of departure.

  7. Plas Tan y Graig Guest House is a non-smoking environment; it is illegal to smoke or to allow smoking within the guest house. In the event of any evidence of guests smoking within the premises, we reserve the right to charge an additional sum of £100 for cleaning and associated costs.

  8. No naked lights, candles or oils are permitted within guest rooms etc.

  9. For the comfort of all guests, NO pets are allowed.

  10. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the house itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event, you may be charged without prior consent being required for the full costs incurred.

  11. All bedding is freshly laundered and beds are made upon arrival. Requests to change bedding mid stay will incur a  £25 surcharge.
