Conditions for total cancellation of the reservation:

* For reservations (excluding non-cancellable and non-refundable reservations), the deadline for free cancellation of the reservation depends on the total duration of the stay initially reserved and the number of accommodations reserved.
Cancellation is free of charge:
For any stay between 1 and 9 nights: the day before the day of arrival, at 12 noon
For all stays of 10 nights or more: five (5) days before arrival, at 12:00 p.m.

Beyond these deadlines and in case of no show of the occupant on the day of arrival, La Potinière du lac Appartements reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:

deduction of the value of 1 night at the reserved rate, for any stay between 1 and 3 nights
deduction of the value of 2 nights at the reserved rate, for any stay between 4 and 9 nights
non-reimbursement of accommodation deposits paid for stays of more than 10 nights.

* Regarding additional services selected when booking: The following services will not be charged: Breakfast kit; tourist taxes ; stay cleaning fee; service charge. The amount of the other ancillary services reserved will remain payable in full.

Article 1. Reservation
1.1 The reservation of an Apartment is only valid after written confirmation of its acceptance by Potinière du Lac Appartements in the form of an e-mail sent to the customer and summarizing the conditions of the reserved stay.

1.2 A multiple reservation is a reservation for two (2) or more Apartments, and made by the same legal entity or natural person. By default, the Accommodation Access Key will be unique and will open all the apartments in the reservation.
Article 7. Arrival and departure
Access to accommodation is from 3:00 p.m. (local time) on the day of arrival.

The release of the accommodation must take place before 10:00 a.m. (local time) on the day of departure. Beyond that, an additional night will be charged.

Outside this time slot, the accommodation access feature is not activated on the QR Code. By default, the QR Code opens all the accommodations of the same reservation.

As the Management/Manager is not necessarily present on arrival, any anomaly noted in the accommodation on the day of arrival must be reported on the same day.

On the day of departure, the cleaning of the accommodation will be carried out by the cleaning team of the Potinière du lac Appartements, with the exception of the kitchen area and the dishes. It is your responsibility to carry out the following tasks: The dishes must be clean and put away in the cupboards, the kitchen cleaned, the garbage cans emptied and brought to the rooms provided for waste. In the event of damage due to your carelessness or if the state of cleanliness of the accommodation is deemed unacceptable, compensation costs may be charged.

Article 8. Security deposit/Surety
A security deposit in the amount of 250 euros is requested on arrival or pre-authorized on the credit card used for booking.
The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, minus in particular:
- compensation withheld for the purpose of repairing any damage caused by the occupants (i.e. any damage and/or disturbances of any kind whatsoever in the private areas as well as in the common areas of the Potinière du lac Appartements),
- unpaid services including optional ones consumed on site (breakfast, parking, etc.),
- the blocking of the accommodation in the event of non-compliance with the smoking ban (even at the window).
- or additional cleaning if necessary.

Article 9. Occupancy
The number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity provided for the reserved apartment. All children 3 years and older are considered full occupants.

la Potinière du lac Appartements informs you that it is not possible to install additional beds in the Apartments (possibility of adding an umbrella bed for a baby on request and subject to availability).
Article 10. Minors
the Potinière du lac Apartments cannot accommodate minors under the age of 18 unaccompanied by their legal representatives. Consequently, the Potinière du lac Appartements may require any supporting document in order to verify the proper application of this provision. In the event of a violation of the latter and as soon as it is observed, the Potinière du lac Appartements will cancel the reservation, or immediately terminate the stay.
Article 11. Personal data

Only the data related to the reservation are kept. No other personal data is stored or sold.

Article 12. Rules of procedure
Rules of procedure are displayed in each Apartment. Each occupant is presumed to have read it validly. The occupant undertakes to keep the movable property made available to him in the Apartment in good general condition and must declare to the owner/manager any defect or malfunction. In addition, it is reminded that customers must imperatively close the access to the apartment (bay, window(s) and entrance door) when they leave the premises.
The responsibility of the Potinière du lac Appartements cannot be engaged in the event of a breach of the provisions of the said internal regulations.

la Potinière du lac Appartements reserves the right to enter the Apartments to carry out cleaning, check the general condition, carry out technical maintenance and enforce the security conditions.

Animals: the Potinière du lac Appartements does not accept animals. In the event of non-compliance, the Potinière du lac Appartements reserves the right to ask the occupant to confirm this provision of the internal regulations, if necessary, the Potinière du lac Appartements will immediately terminate the stay.

The following are prohibited (in the accommodation and/or the common areas):
Celebrations
The candles
Barbecues (even electric)
The use of scraping sponges

Tobacco: Smoking in the accommodation or common areas (even at the window) is strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, the Potinière du lac Appartements will immediately terminate the stay and will deduct, from the deposit, the cost of one night plus one hundred and twenty euros (€120), in addition to the nights already consumed.

Wifi: the Potinière du lac Appartements offers free WIFI access allowing customers to connect to the internet. The Customer undertakes that the computer resources made available to him by the Potinière du lac Appartements will not be used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a related right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the intellectual property code when this authorization is required. The Customer is required to comply with the security policy of the Aparthotel's internet service provider, including the rules for using the means of security implemented with the aim of preventing the illicit use of computer resources [ or other name used in the company's IT charter], and to refrain from any act that undermines the effectiveness of these means. If the Customer does not comply with the aforementioned obligations, he could be accused of an offense of counterfeiting (article L.335-3 of the intellectual property code), punishable by a fine of 300,000 euros and three years' imprisonment. .

In the event of non-compliance by the Customer with one of the provisions of the Internal Regulations, or in the case of behavior contrary to morality and public order, the Potinière du lac Appartements may be required to ask the Customer to leave establishment without any compensation and/or without any reimbursement if payment has already been made. In the event that no payment has yet been made, or in the case of partial payment, the Customer must pay the price of the nights consumed before leaving the establishment. the Potinière du lac Appartements also reserves the right to file a complaint or report the facts to the competent authorities.
