Cancellation Policy:

​We are delighted you chose The Hideaway Hotel for your trip! We are a small boutique hotel and cancellations affect us greatly. Please be sure your dates are correct. When we reserve a room for you, we turn down other requests for that room. Reservations require no deposit at time of booking (execpt 50% deposit for Penthouse + $250 cleaning deposit only for Penthouse), and a non-refundable 100% deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival . All payments will be done on the credit card provided, or for locals, via deposit to Banco Nacional. Payments cannot be transferred to other dates and we cannot offer refunds or compensation for late arrivals or early departures. Please consider trip insurance.
