Walkout Queen Room - Vineyard or Beach

Our two walkout garden rooms, Vineyard Room and Beach Room offer a private walk outs to our back yard. Each room is around 500sf and have two queen beds, ensuite bathroom and sitting area.

All rooms are equipped with:

En-suite bathroom with towels, hair dryer and toiletries
Refrigerator, coffee station and bar area
Flat screen Smart HDTV (for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime etc)
Sitting area
Allergy free Duvet, extra fleece blanket(s)
Absolutely no smoking, vaping or cannabis

Cancellation: if cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival no costs will be charged, if cancelled or modified within the 14 days or in case of no show a minimum of one night will be charged if room can not be rebooked.

An earlier departure will only be refunded if the room can be rebooked.

Booking Policies:
Minimum 2-night stay required
Our rooms are designed for 2 adults per room but are suitable for more with a surcharge of $50/per person (must be approved by Innkeepers at least one week prior to stay)
All guests must be 19 years of age or older
Our facility is set up so guests can enjoy a quiet evening and night
No E-Cigarettes / No Vaping / No Smoking in rooms. Smoking allowed in designated areas
Check-in time is between 4PM and 7PM. Check-out time is 10:30AM (late check-out fees apply)
Stay must be canceled a minimum of 14 days in advance
