IMPORTANT NOTICES:

• IDR 500,000 in cash is required upon check-in as a damage deposit. If there is no damage or loss during your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded to you upon check-out. If you prefer paying by credit card, it will be refunded within 14 working days from the check-out day.
• ID copies (KTP or passport) of all staying guests are required to be presented upon check-in.
• All units are strictly non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, ashtrays are provided outside the units. An odor removal service will be charged to you if you smoke inside the unit.
• Baby cot is available upon request in advance, at additional charge. Extra bed is not available.
• Pets are not allowed, but we have a female dog named Ginger. While she does sometimes roam around freely on the premises, we kindly ask you to refrain from feeding her or allowing her inside the units.
• Since we only have 7 units in total, unit number is allocated based on availability. It might change without prior notice to allow uninterrupted stay (without changing units) for all guests. You will stay in the same type of unit which is booked (Two-Bedroom Loft, One-Bedroom Loft, or Studio) regardless of the unit number.
