Booking and Cancellation Policies

Payments:
For reservations up to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total price must be paid.

Cancellations:
To cancel your reservation, you must send an email and receive a reply. Cancellations via phone will not be considered valid.

Cancellation Costs:
1. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
2. In case of cancellation in the 30 days prior to arrival, the guest pays an amount equal to the total price.
3. The guest pays an advance payment in the amount of the total price in the 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note that for each overnight stay, according to the new law in Greece, 4389/2016, FEK (Government Gazette) Α 94-2016, article 53, a tax on stay in favour of the public section is imposed on tourist enterprises from 1/1/2018. In Hotel Spanias, you will have to pay 0,50 euros extra per overnight stay per room (not per person).
You will pay the extra fee upon arrival.
