1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Occupancy: The maximum number of occupants allowed is 2 people. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. No additional persons are allowed to stay overnight.
3. Pets: Authorization for pets is specified in the listing. If not mentioned, pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained. Additional cleaning fees may apply if their presence during the stay results in extra cleaning requirements (excessive hair, persistent odors).
4. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas are available outside. Additional cleaning fees will be charged in case of violation of this rule.
5. Noise and Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighborhood by avoiding excessive noise, especially at night. Parties and loud events are not permitted.
6. Use of Equipment: You are welcome to use the provided equipment, but please treat everything with care. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or the property.
7. Security: Always lock the front door and close the windows when leaving the property. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
8. Waste and Recycling: Please follow local waste management rules by using the appropriate bins and containers. Information regarding waste sorting is provided in [designated location].
9. Cleaning: At the end of your stay, please leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Keys must be returned to the lockbox. All trash must be disposed of in the designated waste area, respecting recycling rules. Dishes must be washed and put away, the refrigerator emptied, lights and heaters turned off, and windows closed. Furniture and all equipment must be returned to their original position, and electrical and audiovisual connections restored to their initial configuration. Additional cleaning fees may apply in case of negligence. We kindly ask you to maintain cleanliness, including outside the apartment. To preserve good relations with neighbors and the condominium environment, please do not leave trash or cigarette butts in common areas or on public streets. Bins are available for all waste.
10. Incidents: In case of any incident or issue, please inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

By accepting this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Failure to respect these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
