Please note your acceptance of these terms and conditions is a requirement when making a booking.

Our Terms & Conditions
• Standard check-in is as of 2pm. 
• Payment methods: Accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash.
• Check out time must take place before 10 am on the departure day. Fees will apply for late check out
• Facilities and grounds are for paying guests only, sorry no visitors
• No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on the property. 
• When requesting a certain cottage we will do our best to make sure you stay in that cottage, but we can not guarantee this. 
• Pets are welcome on request. We charge a fee ($10 per night per pet) for the pets stay. Pets that stay indoors have to be full house trained. Please contact us for more details.
• When bringing a pet you accept our pet policy. 
• Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from their cottage and on the property.
• The owners reserve the right to cancel any booking should any unforeseen circumstances arise. In this case the full amount will be refunded.
• There is one car park per cottage. All vehicles and their contents are parked at owner's risk. We do not accept any responsibility for damage and/or theft from vehicles parked within the premises.
• No refund in case of anticipated departure.
• We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at time of booking. We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited to, the following cover: Loss of deposit through cancellation; loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money and medical expenses.

Cancellation Policy
• If cancelled up to 28 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled less than 28 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the initial reservation will be charged.
• In case of no show or anticipated departure, the full amount of the initial reservation will be fully charged, and the reservations will automatically be cancelled
• It is suggested to seek travel insurance to cover cancellations and other emergencies.
• Cancellation requests claimed to be due to restricted travel linked to the Coronavirus will be treated on a “case by case” basis.

Cancellation Policy Easter long weekend and 22 December till 1 January.

You will be charged a non refundable prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival
You will be charged the total price if you book or cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
