These are the accommodation rules and the definitions of the conditions operated by the Muntele Rece Guesthouse.

Accommodation and stay at the pension:
Arrival and departure: The hotel day starts at 14.00 and ends the next day at 12.00.
Check in: 2pm - 8pm
Check out: 8.00 - 12.00

Accommodation: the accommodation of each person will be done by completing the accommodation card based on the identity card. According to the legislation in force, filling in the form is mandatory for all adults. Children under 5 are free if they sleep in bed with their parents. Rates for children between 5 and 14 years: 50% of the price for adults.
Reservation: Complete the online form on the website www.muntelerece.ro, or contact the reservation service by phone: +0040 731 349 165 or email: office@muntelerece.ro
Cancellation of the reservation: any cancellation of the reservation will be made by contacting the Reservations service, either by phone or email. There will be no penalties if the cancellation of the reservation is made at least 5 days before the established date. Careful! 5 days before check in, your card will be pre-authorized. You can use the link in the confirmation email to cancel the reservation.
Rates: These will vary depending on the type of room you choose, the number of people and the calendar period in which you want to spend your stay. We mention that we have, throughout the year, attractive offers depending on the legal holidays and other times of the year. Visit www.muntelerece.ro / Offers section for more details.
Methods of payment: cash payment (RON), card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and or bank transfer (RON) according to the contract, as well as holiday vouchers (cards) Sodexo, Edenred and Check Vacances are accepted. Payments in foreign currency are not accepted.
For online reservations, Pensiunea Muntele Rece reserves the right to pre-authorize the card or charge it according to the reservation conditions.

Routine and accommodation rules:
Restaurant and bar operating hours: breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 am from Monday to Friday, and between 8:00 and 10:30 am on weekends. The restaurant is open according to the events booked.
Clients staying in the Muntele Rece Guesthouse, have access to the restaurant terrace, the courtyard and the green space of the pension.
Access to the barbecue in the yard will be possible in the case of events agreed with the pension administrator in advance.
Smoking: In all the interior spaces of the Muntele Cold Pension, smoking is strictly forbidden! Outside of them, where the perimeter allows, there are specially arranged places where you can smoke.
Safety: We do not accept responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen objects from the incite of the Muntele Rece Pension, the conference room, the restaurant, the terrace or the outdoor spaces, as well as from the cars parked in the accommodation unit yard.
Parking space: the unit of the Muntele Rece Pension benefits from its own free parking inside the courtyard space. The pension liability does not extend to motor vehicles either.
Pets: It is NOT allowed to accommodate in the Pensiunea Muntele Rece the persons accompanied by animals and / or poultry, regardless of their size, stature or breed.
Environmental Protection: For the Muntele Cold Pension, this is a permanent concern. Thus, the linen and towels are changed at 3 and 2 days respectively.

Responsibilities: The client is liable to the Muntele Rece Pension for the damages caused to the other clients or to the staff, buildings, furniture and equipment provided if the mistake / intention can be attributed to them. So we strongly recommend that:
Each client of the unit will have to respect both the quietness in the pension, restaurant and the adjacent spaces, as well as the norms of good social and moral coexistence.
Any violation of the hotel users or of the moral and social coexistence rules gives the right to the Muntele Rece Pension to immediately terminate the contract / accommodation, without any notice.
Muntele Rece Guesthouse reserves the right to select its clientele!
