The Gallery Suite has two queen beds and a queen size sofa sleeper. The unit was converted from an old warehouse with exposed beams, polished concrete floors, barn doors, a full kitchen, restroom, shower, two flat screen televisions, fans, WI-FI and modern appointments. The Gallery Suite is currently showcasing 7 murals and a collection of original canvas work by Bandit (@BanditStreetArt). Bandit is one of the most active street artists in LA, with over 500 unsanctioned paintings in the last 5 years. The murals are part of the Un-Buffed exhibition with actual murals that were previously done on the streets of LA. The work is constantly evolving, creating an intimate opportunity to experience Bandit's work.

Prices listed do not include taxes. A 10% city/hotel tax will be added at check in.

If a cancellation is made at least 7 days before check-in the guest will not be charged an additional amount, but any amount paid is non-refundable. A guest can make modifications to date for no additional charge, but the total amount must be paid for original booking.

We welcome surfers, backpackers and guests from everywhere outside of San Clemente. At check in, international guests must present a valid passport. US residents must present valid government issued identification (ie: driver's license, state id card, passport). Guests may also be asked to present proof of onward travel. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian over 25 years old.

Any bookings for more than 7 people traveling together, whether booked on one reservation or multiple reservations, constitutes a group booking by House of Trestles. These groups must contact the hotel prior to making a reservation and are subject to House of Trestles group booking policies which include full payment prior to arrival, security deposits and different cancellation rules. The hostel reserves the right to refuse any groups that do not make themselves known to House of Trestles and agree to our group booking terms.
