Arrival/Departure

Your parking space is at your disposal from 13:00 hrs on the day of arrival and until 12:00 hrs on the day of departure. Please note the parking space limits and the time of departure. If you depart after 12:00 noon or use another parking space, we will charge you the fee.

Payment

You pay your accommodation fee on the day of your departure. No card payment possible.

Cancellation of parking space

Our claim to the agreed remuneration remains valid even if you do not commence, cancel or depart early. Cancellation is only valid in written form. In the event of cancellations or changes to the booking (departure or earlier departure), the following cancellation rates will be charged:

Cancellation up to one day before arrival in low season: free of charge.

Cancellation in the mid-season from 7 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of € 30 will be charged.

Cancellation in high season from 7 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 40,- € will be charged.
