CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled 30 or more days before the check-in date: no penalty, no charge.
If cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date: we charge 50% (fifty %) of the total amount.
If cancelled up to 14 days before the check-in date: we charge the total amount (100%).
In case of "no-show" we charge the total amount (100%).

Terrace Lodge is smoke and scent free. Smoking, perfumes and fragrances are not allowed in the whole property. 
Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners resident in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%.
