THEROS HOTEL management highly appreciates collaboration in following rules
and regulations, aiming to ensure peaceful and safe stay for Guests.

To ensure safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.

Room check in is available from 2 p.m. Check out is until 11 a.m. Before check in or after check out
(the same day), guests are welcome to use hotel facilities and leave their luggage at the reception
until 5 p.m. due to operating hours of reception desk from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For late check in (after 5 p.m.) that exceeds reception operation hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. guests MUST
inform, at least 48 hours prior to arrival, with an email notification note to: info@theros-hotel.gr , so to
send you a guideline on how to enter your room. In case you ask for on-site service by hotel personnel
there will be an extra charge.

Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms.
Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not
return the key card they are obligated to pay a fee.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

From 23:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period
and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.

Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who
disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.

We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their
stay in our Hotel.

All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air condition does not work if windows and balcony doors
are opened or not properly closed.

Hotel rooms are strictly non-smoking. Only balcony allowed. Any violation of this rule has a sense of
disrespect of House Rules.

Pets are not allowed.

Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire hotel. Password is provided at the Reception.

Linen and towels are changed every third day. Guest can request new/extra towels and replace them with a small fee.

In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. Hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed
longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.

It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).

Car rental, Taxi service, Excursions and any other possible service you may request is provided at the Reception.

If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform Reception 24h
prior departure.

Late check out (the same day) is also an option for Guests due to current availability with an extra charge.
Check out hours from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (30€ for Studios / 40€ for Apartments & Maisonettes).
For later Check out hours (50€ for Studios / 60€ for Apartments & Maisonettes).

For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hotel.

If you have any suggestion on hotel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to
inform us at your earliest convenience.

We wish you a pleasant stay!
