More than 5 people, you need additional fee 4000 JPY per person for night. Up to 10 people can stay.
Cleaning fee costs 4000 JPY per stay.

Resevation policy

​​Cancellation fee

• You can cancel without paying any cancellation fee until 31 days before the arrival date. Paid up fee will be refund.
• You need to pay cancellation fee that 50% of the amount if you cancel until 30 days to 9 days before the arrival date. 50% of paid up fee will be refund.
• You need to pay cancellation fee that 100% of the amount if you cancel until 8 days before the arrival date. You cannot receive refund.
• You need to pay cancellation fee that 100% of the amount if you will No-show. You cannot receive refund.

Payment

• Please pay in credit card within a week according to the invoice that will be sent later.
  If payment cannot be confirmed your request will be canceled.
• Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress available.

Note

• Only booked persons can stay in this house.​
• ​If you make damage or destroy our facilities, we will charge actual cost to you.
• ​Please stop the noise and loud voices outside after 9:00pm.​
• ​No smoking on the premises. E-smoke too.
