Changes/Cancellation/Withdrawal Terms (Client)

1.All cancellations request and subsequent confirmation must be in writing, date and time must be noted.
2.Cancellation/Changes made 3days (more than 72 hours before 15:00 before arrival date is free charge.
3.Cancellation less than 3days (72 Hours) before (15 O'Clock, Check in time) arrival date attracts 80% of the total amount the Booking.
4. No show attracts 100% cost of the total Booking amount.
5. In case of premature departure, the client has not right to any refund.

1. Check-In starts 15:00 and closes 22:00. Late check-In may be arranged. Please contact the reception for this before 22:00 0n your arrival date.
2. For every booking and all Booking types, I charge total booking amount on guest credit card 1 to 72 Hours before check in.
3. No payment at the hotel. All payment is done before arrival.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Guests need be quiet between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
6. Parties/events are not allowed
7. Smoking is not allowed.
8. No provision for cribs or extra beds.
9. Children under 4 years old are allowed to sleep on their parents Booked bed free of charge. Children above 4 years old are considered adults.
10. Check-In is via key automate Box.
