Welcome to The Inn at the Ninth Hole Bed & Breakfast; a family run accommodation in the heart of the Shuswap.  We look forward to welcoming you to a place we call home and that you can call home during your stay!  We offer quiet, comfortble suites to rest your head while passing through town or during your extended stay in Salmon Arm and the surrounding area.  

Halfway between the coast and the Rocky Mountains and located just outside Salmon Arm, the Inn is surrounded by forest and golf course at the end of a quiet rural road. Downtown Salmon Arm, with great boutique shopping, cozy restaurants, great beaches and a hundreds of miles of lake shoreline is just a short drive from the Inn.
Walkout Queen Vineyard and Beach Room

Our two walkout garden rooms, Vineyard Room and Beach Room offer a private walk outs to our back yard.  Each room is around 500sf and have two queen beds, ensuite bathroom and sitting area.

All rooms are equipped with:

  • En-suite bathroom with towels, hair dryer and toiletries 
  • Refrigerator, coffee station and bar area
  • Flat screen Smart HDTV (for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime etc)
  • Sitting area
  • Allergy free Duvet, extra fleece blanket(s)
  • Absolutely no smoking, vaping or cannabis

Also Available to all our guests:

  • Patio and Picnic area (seasonal)
  • Free parking on private property

King room

Our Lake and Forest rooms are located on the main floor of the West wing.  Both with separate entrances from the main house, these rooms are approximately 400sf and have ample room for the King size bed, sitting area with fireplace, and ensuite bathroom. 

All rooms are equipped with:
 

  • En-suite bathroom with towels, hair dryer and toiletries 
  • Refrigerator, coffee station and bar area
  • Flat screen Smart HDTV (for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime etc)
  • Sitting area with gas fire place
  • Allergy free Duvet, extra fleece blanket(s)
  • Absolutely no smoking, vaping or cannabis

Large King Suite

Our 2 largest rooms, Mountain and Orchard King Suites, at almost 900sf offer plenty of space for families or couples looking for extra room.  Each with a king size bed, futon, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, they definitely have all you need for your stay.  The Orchard Room is located on its own in the East wing of the house and The Mountain is located on the upper floor of the West wing; both offer privacy and their own entrance separate from the main house.

All rooms are equipped with:

  • Work station
  • Refrigerator, coffee station and bar area
  • Flat screen Smart HDTV (for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime etc)

Booking Policies:

Minimum 2 night stay required
Our rooms are designed for 2 adults per room but are suitable for more with a surcharge of $50/per person (must be approved by Innkeepers atleast one week prior to stay)
All guests must be 19 years of age or older
Our facility is set up so guests can enjoy a quiet evening and night 
No E-Cigarettes / No Smoking in rooms.  Smoking allowed in designated areas
Check in time between 4 and 7 PM. Check out time is 10:30am (late check out fees apply)
Stay must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days in advance
