Cancellations

Dear guest, please keep in mind that late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

• NON-REFUNDABLE: After the booking processing (max. 24 hours), you are charged for the whole of your stay with a discounted rate and a non-refundable policy. You will receive an email with more details about the payment options (PayPal or Credit Card)

• BEST AVAILABLE RATE - FLEXIBLE
Allows changes and cancellations up to 7 days before arrival. 10 days before arrival, you will receive an email with payment details and once inside the 7 days window you will be charged a deposit of 50% of your stay. If canceled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• DEPOSITS: On-site, you’ll be asked to provide a security deposit (in cash) of 200 USD upon check-in. This deposit is returned to you accordingly upon check-out provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.

All guests staying or visiting Playa Turquesa Ocean Club are requested to read the following General Policies:

Property

Each one of our properties is furnished and includes pillows, linens, towels, stove, fridge, washing machine, iron and iron table, kitchen appliances, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, internet, hot water, bottle of water, starter set of toilet paper.

Guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & laundry detergent, etc.


Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM (unless previously arranged otherwise with us); check-outs should be done by 11:00 AM. Note: should you need a later/earlier check-in or check-out, please contact us at info@playaturquesa.com and we’ll do our best to arrange it according to availability.

Deposits:

a. Deposit: A deposit of $ 200 is due upon Check-In. This deposit is returned to you accordingly upon check-out provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.


Guests must:
-Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
-Only use appliances for their intended uses
-Respect the property´s policies

Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is limited to the number on the reservation according to the apartment´s maximum occupancy. An additional charge of 100 USD per person per night may apply per every extra person if their presence has not been previously authorized by management.

Food and Beverage

Guests at Playa Turquesa Ocean Club provide their own meals. Exceptions: Reservations with included breakfast.

Electricity cost

Electricity in the region is charged per consumption. The rate per 1 KWT is based on the official local rate. Metrics are taken upon check-in and check-out in the presence of the guest.

Smoking Policy

We operate a NO SMOKING policy within all interior of our apartments.

Dress Code
In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, no nudism or topless is allowed.

Behavior

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner.

Children

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pets
Pets are not accepted, with the exception of guide dogs and emotional support dogs.

Parking
We offer free parking to all of our guests. *One parking spot per apartment.

Lost Children
If your child gets lost or separated from your party, contact a Playa Turquesa Ocean Club employee or security officer for assistance immediately.

Security Policy

Security Guards
Playa Turquesa Ocean Club has our own staff of trained security guards working 24-hours every day to provide safety and security for our guests.

In Room Safe
We provide in-room safety deposit box in every apartment.

Housekeeping Service
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please, contact us in advance if you´d like to receive frequent cleaning service while in property. (Additional fees apply)

Water and Septic
Although we have a functioning water cleaning system, drinking of tap water is not recommended. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Please, DO NOT FLUSH toilet paper, feminine products, plastic, cloths, paper or any substance that can seriously harm the septic system.

Complaints, Liability and Damages Policy
Any comment or complaint regarding the stay should be made to the Front Desk or Property Manager at the time of visit so that the matter can be resolved immediately.


Fire Safety
If you detect fire or smoke, Please dial Reception through the phone placed in your apartment.



Terms and Conditions

o Rates are based on rooms and there is an additional cost for breakfast (optional)
o There is a two-night minimum stay for all holiday periods.
o Electricity is charged per consumption. The rate is based on the official local rate. Metrics are taken upon check-in and check-out in the presence of the guest.
o Payment: Acceptable payment methods are PayPal and credit card.
o Our Beach Bar is not included in the package (except for bookings with breakfast). The Beach Bar is cash only.
o Pets are not allowed.
