The inn is perched on a cliff over looking Orveas Bay (aka Muir Creek beach) above the Juan de Fuca Strait.  We are situated on 5 acres between the ocean and beautiful old growth forests. Enjoy fabulous views of the Juan de Fuca Strait and Olympic Mountains. Walk our lovely wooded path to the ocean and an amazing beach below, where we often see seals basking on the rocks, eagles, otters, orcas, and so many types of seaweed!

Walk further down the beach to the west, where you can see seashell fossils embedded in the cliffside. Stretch your legs all the way to Kirby Creek (about 30 mins) and breathe the fresh ocean air! 

Part of your experience here at Ocean Wilderness Inn is our artisanal breakfast, including house-made quiche and muffins each morning in the log cabin. 

Stays at Ocean Wilderness Inn are curated as multi-day escapes. A two-night minimum applies to Friday arrivals (and Saturday arrivals during holiday or statutory weekends).
