Terms and Conditions

  1. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. Guests may wish to consider taking out holiday/cancellation insurance to cover any unexpected eventualities.

  2. You may change the date of your stay on request up to two weeks prior to arrival date, depending upon room availability.

  3. The full cost of the reservation is payable if cancelled within two weeks of arrival date, or in the event of a no-show.

  4. Sorry no children below the age of 5 years. All children aged 5 and over must be included in the total guest number and must sleep in their own bed

  5. We will endeavor to allocate room(s) as booked but we reserve the right to accommodate guests in an alternative room of equivalent standard.

  6. Check in is available from 5 PM on day of arrival. Check out is required by 10 AM on day of departure. These times are strictly required to enable thorough cleaning of rooms between use due to current regulations.

  7. Plas Tan y Graig Guest House is a non-smoking environment; it is illegal to smoke or to allow smoking within the guest house. In the event of any evidence of guests smoking within the premises, we reserve the right to charge an additional sum of £100 for cleaning and associated costs.

  8. No naked lights or candles are permitted within guest rooms.

  9. For the comfort of all guests, NO pets are allowed.

  10. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the house itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event, your debit/credit card will be charged without prior consent being required for the full costs incurred.
     

We're Good to Go - Wales!COVID19 Update: We are pleased to announce that Plas Tan y Graig has successfully been awarded the 'Good to Go' accreditation mark for hospitality businesses in Wales. Some of the changes you will notice on arrival include social distancing markers, no touch hand sanitiser stations at various points around the building and ppe available on request. All rooms are completely sanitised between guests and secured until your arrival. Our commitment as always is to provide a warm, welcoming and comfortable stay, we look forward to your visit!
“We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.


Parking

The nearest car park is 180 metres walk. From Plas Tan y Graig go North West along the A4085 (do not cross the bridge), the car park is on the same side of the road as the guest house just past the Saracens Head. Summer charges are currently £4 for 24 hours parking.
