Some important things to be aware of:
* We do not have a front desk but have self check-in
* No smoking on the premises
* No pets
* We serve a unique continental breakfast
* No cable tv, just streaming (via Roku)
* Check-In: 3pm, Standard Check-Out: 11am. (Early at Late check-in/out available for $10/hour)

Cancellations are fully refunded less a 3% fee that we have paid to our credit card processor for the original transaction (they do not refund us).
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in can be rescheduled for the full value, just message us with a request to reschedule.
Guests may cancel up until 48 hours before check-in (3pm, 2 days prior). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservations check-in time (3pm) will no longer be refundable.
