Breakfast 5 eur per person per day (starting on April 1st 2021)
Extra bed = 10.00-20.00€ per night.
Children under 2 years old free.
Extra bed for children from 2 to 12 years old = 10.00€ per night.
Free internet WiFi, towels and daily cleaning included.
Tourist tax of 0,72 eur per night per person not included.
Parking available at special rates depending on the length of the stay.

The first night of your booking will be charged to your credit card as a deposit.

Cancellation/Modification Policy for reservations of stays until May 31st 2021
FREE CANCELLATION UNTIL 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
If canceled later or in case of no-show, 50% price of the reservation will be charged.
Long Stay Rates Special Policy for reservations of stays until May 31st 2021
FREE CANCELLATION UNTIL 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
If canceled later or in case of no-show, 50% price of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation/Modification Policy for reservations of stays from June 1st 2021
FREE CANCELLATION UNTIL 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
If canceled later or in case of no-show, 50% price of the reservation will be charged.
Long Stay Rates Special Policy for reservations of stays from June 1st 2021
FREE CANCELLATION UNTIL 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
If canceled later or in case of no-show, 50% price of the reservation will be charged.

Special Cancellation/Modification Policy for GSMA Congress
1 night not refundable
If canceled less than 7 days before or in case of no-show, 50% price of the reservation will be charged.

For Group Reservations a special policy applies

Force Mayeure Policy
In case of Official Force Mayeure, all reservation fees will be waived or upon agreement of the guest, a voucher for a future reservation will be offered. 
It is considered FM: the declaration of a State of Emergency in Spain or in the country of origin of the guest and a travel ban to Spain from the country of origin or a travel ban by Spanish government for citizens from a specific country of origen.
The dates of the stay of the guest must be included in the State of Emergency for the Force Mayeure conditions to apply.
