Lodge Room Bookings; Standard and King Jr Suite Rooms
- Cancellations with notice: 72 hours or more in advance of the Check-In date and confirmed with Hush Lodge & Cottages, No Charges.
- Cancellations received within 72 hours of the Check-In date will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the Booking. *Any deposit(s) received will be applied to this charge with no refund/resort credit owing.**

Cottage Bookings; 1 and 2 bedroom cottages
- Cancellations with notice: 7 days or more in advance of the Check-In date and confirmed with Hush Lodge & Cottages, No Charges.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of the Check-In date will be charged an amount equal to 50% of the Booking. *Any deposit(s) received will be applied to this charge with no refund/resort credit owing.**


**No shows and early departures will be charged the full rate for the days booked.
**This cancellation policy does not apply to Summer or Long Weekend reservations and the Guest will be charged the Full Rate for any cancellations made within 72 hours of the Check-In date. Statutory holiday reservations require a guaranteed reservation of 2 nights minimum.

Hush Lodge & Cottages and its management accept no liability for accidents or injury to guests or the loss
or damage of personal property while on the premises. Money, jewelry, and other valuables are brought at
the Guests' sole risk. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service.

A valid Visa or Master Debit/Credit card may be required to hold your reservation at the time of booking and may be utilized for applicable deposits. Balances owing for room charges incurred during your stay or for damages will be charged accordingly.

Deposit(s):
- Lodge Bookings for 3 nights or more require a 30% deposit
- Cottage Bookings for 3 nights or more require a 50% deposit
- Group Bookings of 3 or more accommodations require a 50% deposit
*If Cancellation is unavoidable any deposit(s) received by Hush Lodge & Cottages will be held as a Resort Credit and may be used towards a future stay within the calendar year. See Cancellation Policy for restrictions.

Smoking and Vaping:
Smoking/Vaping/Raw Cannabis is not allowed in any building. The Smoke-Free Ontario Act prohibits
use within 10m of an entrance or 20m of the children's playset. Breach of this policy will result in Deep
Cleaning Fees of $250, eviction from the property, and the forfeit of any deposits/room charges.
Individuals violating the Smoke-Free Ontario Act can incur additional charges up to a maximum of $5000.

Pets:
Not allowed in the Lodge Rooms and cottages for allergy concern, except in Cottage #2. Unregistered pets will result in immediate eviction

Room Key: Charge for lost or stolen keys is $75 (+HST).

No Desirable:
No partying, bachelor or otherwise for the comfort of other guests.

Booking:
No booking is confirmed unless confirmed in writing by Hush Lodge. Booking dates may have to be adjusted due to several channel partner's simultaneous advertising campaigns.

4. Damages: Damage to any room, contents, or property will be charged accordingly. Registered guests are responsible for property loss, damage or destruction caused by themselves, pets or day visitors.
