And now you can relive those heart-warming scenes of James Herriot and Siegfried Farnon waltzing in, through the fabulous entrance doors, to be greeted by Mrs Hall and a hearty Yorkshire dinner, after another tension filled day of saving livestock, appeasing the locals and trying to stay on the road in that old Austin!

We have seven fabulously appointed apartments to choose from depending on your group size and requirements. One very large One-Bedroomed apartment, two large studios, and four smaller but spacious studios which are equally comfortable and luxurious.
Tricky Woo Suite
The Tricky Woo Suite is our grandest apartment, situated on the ground floor, with large lounge, full kitchen, and sensational bedroom with a feature freestanding roll top bath.
Entry is via a small hallway which opens into the kitchen:
Kitchen:
You will have a large kitchen with lots of cabinets, Neff appliances including dishwasher, oven, / microwave, induction hob and fridge / freezer. The kitchen is completed with beautiful gold sink and composite marble worktops. You will find a good assortment of utensils, pans, manual espresso machine and kettle. There is also a full sized dining table with 4 chairs. Please note that there is no washing machine.
Lounge:
A very large sitting room with high ceilings, original features, stripped wooden floor, wo three seater settees, one of which is a sofa bed with thick mattress topper. There is lots of space to socialise with your guests, and a wide variety of antique and contemporary furniture. A variety of lighting choices will allow you to set the mood for your stay. There is also a large 58' Panasonic 4k Smart TV with Netflix, plus you can also stream your apps from your mobile devices.
Large Bedroom:
The grand bedroom features a gorgeous freestanding bath on a porcelian tiled platform, deep luxurious carpets, sensational gold velvet wing back headboard, fine linens, bath robes and large antique wardrobe.
Bathroom:
Compact bathroom includes small wash basin, walk in shower and WC. We provide fabulous organic, vegan and paraben free shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and hand / body lotion by H2K of Harrogate
The Herriot Suite / The Farnon Suite
The Herriot Suite and Farnon Suite are our largest studio apartments, and feature a sofa bed in the bedroom / living area which makes it best suited to 2 adults plus one or two children rather than additional adults.
You enter through a small hallway which has doors to the bathroom or lounge.
Lounge / Bedroom
This large room has a sofa bed which is probably best suited to additional children rather than adults as it is in the same room as the main bed. There is a gorgeous original fireplace (no longer in use), antique and contemporary furniture and a fabulously comfortable kingsize bed with illuminated timber feature wall behind. A variety of lighting choices will allow you to set the mood for your stay. These suites offer the best views out over the town, church and village square with beautiful tall georgian sash windows with wooden casements making them look very grand. There is a 58' Panasonic 4k Smart TV with Netflix, plus you can also stream your apps from your mobile devices.
Kitchen:
A compact but thoughtfully designed kitchen includes a Neff oven / microwave, induction hob, slim dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. There is a beautiful gold sink with composite marble worktop and lots of cooking utensils, pans manual espresso machine etc. There is a small table for two set in the large georgian windows with lovely views overlooking the town, and beyond.
Bathroom:
The Bathroom is a good size with a roll top bath, with shower screen and shower above. There is a handy vanity unit with sink and drawers beneath plus WC. We also provide fabulous organic, vegan and paraben free shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and hand / body lotion by H2K of Harrogate.
The Darrowby Suite / The Drovers Suite
The Darrowby Suite and Drovers Suite are our medium sized studio apartments. They are perfect for 2 guests with lots of space to relax and enjoy your stay.

Lounge / Bedroom:
This large room has a feeling of space as you enter, with deep pile carpets, antique and contemporary furniture and a fabulously comfortable kingsize bed with illuminated timber feature wall behind. A variety of lighting choices will allow you to set the mood for your stay. There is also a table and two chairs to enjoy your meals with views out over the village and beyond. There is a 58' Panasonic 4k Smart TV with Netflix, plus you can also stream your apps from your mobile devices.

A thoughtfully designed galley style kitchen includes a Neff oven / microwave, induction hob, slim dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. There is a beautiful gold sink with composite marble worktop and lots of cooking utensils, pans, manual espresso machine etc.
Bathroom:
The Bathroom features a roll top bath, with shower screen and shower above. There is a contemporary wooden shelf unit with oval wash basin plus WC. We also provide fabulous organic, vegan and paraben free shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and hand / body lotion by H2K of Harrogate.
Note: The Darrowby Suite feature the original window shutters in place of Roman blinds which are used in the other apartments, where the window shutters are no longer operational
The Austin Suite / The Tristan Suite
The Austin Suite and Tristan Suite are our standard sized studio apartments. They are perfect for 2 guests to relax and enjoy your stay.

This good sized room has a small dining table and chairs for two guests, antique and contemporary furniture and a fabulously comfortable kingsize bed with illuminated timber feature wall behind. An impressively grand residence consisting of 5 fabulously appointed apartments, conveniently located in the heart of Pateley Bridge.
Nydsley Hall is a stunning period building, boasting original features throughout, including the exquisite tiled floor in the vastly elegant entrance hall. Each of the 5 suites has its own unique charm. All have the benefit of the most glorious views over Pateley Bridge and the surrounding countryside. 3 of the exceptionally large apartments have private gardens with hot tubs, and then another one has a roof terrace with panoramic views.

The Lodge Suite
With a private entrance and secluded garden, the 2-bedroom lodge suite is the perfect hideaway. The large lounge diner, with its huge snuggly sofas and mid-century elegance, leads out to the private garden with decked area, lawn and hot tub.

The Grande Suite
With its huge open-plan kitchen and living space, the Grande Suite will take your breath away. It’s the perfect choice for a sophisticated gathering. The high-spec and well equipped Kesseler Kitchen is the perfect social hub with its central island and dining area – open to the uber stylish lounge with deep, comfortable sofas and Smart TV with Netflix.
The front garden is the real icing on the cake in this suite, and it also boasts a hot tub in the more secluded side garden.

The Terrace Suite
With its gloriously high ceilings and air of elegance, the Terrace Suite is sure to impress. The double aspect lounge diner overlooking both the gardens and Pateley Bridge is a charming space. With elegant designer Italian sofas, mid-century antique furniture and original abstract artwork it’s an achingly cool room.

The Penthouse
With the sweeping staircase up, and vaulted ceilings, the penthouse is an impressive space. The ultra-modern lounge / kitchen / diner, with designer furnishings is supremely comfortable. The sleek Kesseler Kitchen is very well equipped; with everything you need to cook up a culinary feast. There’s a fabulous dining area for 4, and super stylish sofa where you can chill out for an evening of board games or films.

The Nook is a spacious basement apartment with private entrance at ground level, and boasts a private patio with hot tub.

Luxury Amenities Throughout. Wonderfully soft white linens, towels, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are all provided for your comfort in every bedroom. And in each bathroom, you’ll find gorgeously scented, vegan and paraben-free toiletries which have been created locally by H2K of Harrogate.
Guest Access
Guest access is via key safe at the entrance. You will be sent your unique entry codes by email (or message system on third party sites).
Beds:
Our beds are extremely luxurious, and you are guaranteed an excellent nights sleep. Please note that it is not possible to make the doubles or kings into separate smaller beds.
Heating:
The property has individually controlled gas central heating. Each apartment has a nest controller in the lounge of your suite.
Hot Tubs:
Three of our apartments have hot tubs. Please respect our neighbours and other guests by only using the from 9.00am until 9.00 pm.
Parties:
Pateley Bridge is a very quiet rural village and sound travels at night. For this reason we do not recommend anyone makes a booking if they feel it would be difficult to keep their music and other noise at a level which would not cause inconveneince to other apartments within the hall, and our neighbours.
Parking:
The Garden, Grande and Terrace Suite have two parking spaces.
The Lodge and Penthouse suites have 1 parking space.
Pets:
One small to medium sized, house trained dog is welcome, if advised at the time of booking.
Please advise us prior to arrival if bringing pets as there is a small surcharge of £30 per pet. (per stay, not per night)
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, A substantial deep cleaning charge will be payable plus any damages to furnishings must be paid for. (see Rental Agreement for details)
Short Breaks:
Accepted all year round.
Facilities for Babies and Young Children:
We have a high chair and travel cot for babies available and should be requested prior to arrival.
WiFi
We have excellent WiFi throughout the property. The code for the Wifi will be emailed to you, and is also in the Welcome Pack located in the lounge upon arrival.
Dragon Villas by Maison Parfaite
Dragon Villas is a beautiful Victorian property in the popular Dragon Road area of Harrogate, which is a short walk into the fabulous town centre. We are in the final stages of a total transformation of the villa, creating 9 wonderful apartments and studios. Each upper floor has a large, open superking studio overlooking the front garden, a medium sized studio with king size bed overlooking the side garden, and a small studio at the rear, with a double bed.
The ground floor has a superking studio with feature bath in the bedroom, a two bedroom apartment with private garden and two en-suite bathrooms, lounge / kitchen. There is also a one bedroom basement apartment with sofa bed in the lounge, and windows offering some daylight.
There is a well stocked, established garden to the front where guests can sit out on a pleasant evening, and a large supermarket within a short walk to stock up on anything you may need during your stay.

Bedroom 1 - Large En-Suite
The final entrance on this floor leads through an elegant arch into the jaw-dropping, glamorous master bedroom, which is fully panelled and finished with ‘Little Greene’ matt charcoal paintwork surrounding stunning ‘Farrow and Ball’ wallpaper panels. The sumptuous velvet super-king bed sits upon solid bamboo flooring that sweeps out into the hallway and through into the lounge.

Bedroom 3 - Twin
A magical twin bedroom with exposed beams, French antique side tables, a full length mirror with hanging space, and enchanting lighting. A central sash window overlooks Micklegate.
Bedroom 4 – Double
Another magical bedroom with exposed beams. Features a double bed with luxurious tall studded velvet headboard, French antique furniture and some interesting ‘nooks and crannies’.
There is also a full length mirror and hanging space, enchanting lighting and quietly situated at the rear of the property.
Family Shower Room
Our very large house shower room features a large walk in slate shower, beautiful peacock tiles, sink vanity unit with matt black and gold accessories throughout. There is also a large French antique marble topped wash stand with lots of drawers and a traditional high level toilet.

Additional Information
Heating:
The property is heated by efficient gas central heating throughout the first and second floors, with independent controls for each floor. The lower floors are heated by electric heating.
We set the thermostats at a constant, comfortable 20 degrees C. Please advise us prior to arrival if you would prefer a higher or lower temperature.
Pets:
Two small, house trained dogs are welcome to bring their owners. Dog bowls are provided under the kitchen sink.
Please advise us prior to arrival if bringing pets as there is a small surcharge of £30 per pet (per booking, not per night).
Parking:
There is lots of short stay street-parking either outside the house on Micklegate, opposite on Prior Road, or behind on Toft Green whilst you load or unload your vehicle. These are for a maximum of two hours.
Additionally Micklegate parking in the evening is just £2 from 6.00pm until 8.00am.
We recommend parking your car as soon as you have unloaded so you can forget about it. There are three car parks within 5 minutes walk, the closest is Nunnery Lane which is £22 per 24 hours depending on how many nights you are staying for.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, A substantial deep cleaning charge will be payable plus any damages to furnishings must be paid for. This is not limited to the standard deposit charge. (see terms and conditions)

Accepted all year round.
Facilities for Babies and Young Children:
We have a high chair for babies located in the walk in storage room in the kitchen (closest to the windows). A travel cot is also available and should be requested prior to arrival.
We also provide electrical socket protectors. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide a stair gate due to the large size of our main staircase, and the wide space between spindles on the top landing. It is therefore essential that you keep a close eye on babies and young children at all times, and remember to close doors as you enter and leave rooms.
WiFi
We have excellent WiFi throughout the property. It is also designed to fall back to a strong 4g signal in the event of any drop out in service for any technical reason. The code for the WIfI is in the Welcome Pack located in the kitchen upon arrival.

Maison Parfaite HG1 offers two chic and contemporary apartments featuring a stunning Kesseler kitchen with dining area, spacious social lounge, 2 or 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom and en-suite, both with roll top baths and walk-in shower.

This versatile ‘room with a view’ which can be dressed as a double bedroom or as a separate ‘snug’ room for smaller groups who don’t require the 5th bedroom. Parking
Off-road parking across the road on the lay-by on a first come first served basis. Plenty of additional parking is available in the streets near the property, however we do not recommend parking directly outside the house for your safety as it is a blind corner and some vehicles approach it quite quickly.
Garden
A real feature of the property with the most stunning views of Wensleydale. There is decking and a hot tub, the most wonderful place to relax whatever the weather. Outdoor table and chairs, loungers and a charcoal barbecue means you can sit out and enjoy an alfresco meal.
Hot Tub
For hygiene reasons, we clean and refill the hot tub before each guest arrives. Our contractor fills the hot tub with clean warm water, however it takes a few hours to reach it’s optimum temperature so please be advised that it may not get to this heat on the first evening of your stay, however on each subsequent day it will be kept at the ideal temperature. Replacing the thermal lid after use will help it maintain this temperature. We ask that you moderate any noise whilst enjoying the hot tub, and please note it can only be used between 9.00am and 9.00pm to respect the privacy of our neighbours.
Heating
Underfloor heating plus wood burning stove in the lounge. The cottage is heated throughout the 1st and 2nd floors with individual infra-red panels which are remote controlled.

Please advise if you would like the sofa bed in the downstairs snug/bedroom 5 making up for guests.

The infamous Aysgarth Falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the North, and where Kevin Costner once frolicked with Maid Marion on the film set for ‘Robin Hood Prince of Thieves’ are just a short walk away.

The imposing Castle Bolton is a 4-mile hike or a short drive away. The infamous castle is steeped in history due to its Mary Queen of scots provenance, a must for a visit where tourists can watch a birds of prey display, partake in a little archery, refuel in the welcoming café or languish in the decadent gardens on warm, sunny days. Outdoor adventurists are spoilt for choice as there are many stunning walks and cycleways for those of an energetic nature, including the start of the “Three Peaks” walk which is within driving distance. Visit the Wensleydale creamery for a taster of every variety of local Wensleydale cheese imaginable (Wallace and Gromit would approve!!!) Or take a trip to the Forbidden Corner at Middleham, a wonderful day out that will delight all ages!

The property is heated by state of the art infrared panels. We set the thermostats at a constant, comfortable 20 degrees C, and this can be adjusted to your desired setting in the entry hallway of your suite.
