Sydney
Room Rates
Sydney is a gorgeous room that can be configured as a double or a twin room. It is spacious with a small bay window overlooking the Beck. It has all the facilities you would expect in a modern guest house.
This room is adjacent to Victoria and can be used for families that need the extra space. It’s perfect to put the kids in while the adults are next door. Sydney has its own, private bathroom across the hallway with a bath.

Family Suite

Our family suite is made up of two neighbouring rooms Victoria and Sydney - 

Victoria is a beautiful double room, inspired by the wildflowers that adorn the village in the summer months. This is our largest room with a generous king size bed, and plenty of room for a cot if you have a little one with you. It has a spacious ensuite with a bath, loads of storage space, and a bright window seat to sit in while you enjoy the view over the beck. With her wool and velvet soft furnishings, Victoria is our most glamorous room – and we like to think she is fit for a queen.
And
Sydney - Named after our hometown, with a nod to the seaside, Sydney is a gorgeous room that can be configured as a super king or a twin. It’s a tranquil space that gets lots of natural light and enjoys views of the beck.
This room is adjacent to Victoria and can be used for families that need the extra space. Sydney has its own, private bathroom across the hallway with a bath, and the hallway can be cordoned off to create a family suite if booking both rooms.

Ruth
Room Rates
Ruth is our smallest room. It’s a cozy and snug single room. Perfect for lie-ins and watching the sheep in the back paddock. What Ruth lacks in size, she makes up for in luxury. Ruth has an ensuite with a walk in shower.
