Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
 
Cancellations must be made 3 days before your check-in date. Otherwise the cancellation charge will be 100% of the reservation. Cancellations of reservations made via Google or paid via Paypal, will always have a 15% Non-Refundable penalty regardless of date of cancellation.
 
All rooms include free wireless internet access. There are no phones or kitchenette in the rooms. Coffee, Tea and Toast is included is Free in the mornings. There are a bacon and egg breakfast options for approximately $8. Please note, during Covid our Restaurant/Bar/Jazz-Club is, at times, temporarily shut-down due to government mandates.

We do not have our own parking, but there is plenty of parking in the immediate area. Approximate 24 hour price is $25.
