CANCELLATION POLICY:
The tenant can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. It will be fully reimbursed. The tenant must pay the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 5 days of arrival.

Property General Policy

HOUSE RULES :
- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT the entire deposit will be retained if the apartment smells like cigarette smoke or other substances). You can smoke outside the apartment, an ashtray is at your disposal next to the door.
- Animals not allowed.
- Parties and gatherings not allowed.
- The Tenant undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood especially between 10pm and 8am.

A discount is automatically applied for long stays.
7-29 days: -5%
30-90 days -10%

Full payment will be charged 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of €500, in the form of a bank imprint, will be taken the day before arrival and will be released on the day of departure provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition.
