The rental apartment is located in my house with independent entrance, heated with hot and cold water, mini bar, camera and other staff, a small kitchen and a balcony shared with another room
It is located on the second floor, has a nice view at sunset, we do not have parking but in front of the house, you can park. It's a modern construction from the 90's the last time it was remodeled was last year

The neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors are very good and it is central to all the palates and cafes in the area. The WiFi park is close by, the ETECSA point, the shops, the agro and mainly the beautiful beach of Varadero just 15 minutes walking very slowly.

La chambre munie d’un lit double et d’un lit simple peut héberger jusqu’à trois personnes. Une garde-robe, isolée de la chambre, offrant de l’espace pour le valises et pour le vêtement est également disponible. La salle de bain donne sur un petit balcon permettant d’y faire sécher le vêtement de bain et les serviettes. L’appartement est doté d’une toilette et une salle de bain avec la douche et de l’eau chaude et il a un conditionnement d’air.
