➥ FESTIVE GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Please respect the peace and quiet of the site between 10pm and 8am.
➥ The house is strictly Non-Smoking.
➥ Age limit for reservation: 25 years old.
➥ The accommodation is rented to you for a specific number of guests, defined at the time of confirmation of the booking. You cannot accommodate additional guests.
➥ Please respect the arrival times, from 5:00 p.m., and departure times, no later than 9:00 a.m. On request, outside the summer season and outside Saturdays, if no arrival is planned on the evening of your departure, a late check-out can be granted.
➥ Inventory of fixtures carried out by our maintenance teams before your arrival and after your departure. In the event of an installation malfunction during your stay, we undertake to deploy all necessary means to resolve the problem. However, neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. Consequently, no compensation can be claimed by the tenant.
➥ The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September depending on the weather. Swimming is not supervised, it is the responsibility of travelers to ensure their own safety and that of children. We, as well as the owner, cannot be held responsible for any accident occurring while using the swimming pool.
➥ We happily accept 1 pet, subject to prior request by message. Once your request is approved, we thank you for respecting the following rules:
Your pet is not allowed on the sofa & in the sleeping areas. Your pet is not allowed in the pool. Please make sure to pick up your pet's droppings.
➥ Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
➥ Think about the planet: please save water (do not let the water run unnecessarily) and turn off the lights when you leave a room and electrical appliances when you are no longer using them. In winter, when using heating, please do not leave doors and windows open for a long time.
➥ For your comfort, part of the house is equipped with air conditioning. When using it, please close doors and windows to avoid excessive electricity consumption. In the event of non-compliance, a deduction from the deposit will be made.
➥ For their safety, never let your young children wander around without supervision.
➥ To avoid any inconvenience linked to a possible blockage of the toilet, only toilet paper should be thrown away. In the event of inappropriate use resulting in damage, a charge of 550 euros will be applied for necessary repairs.
➥ Throughout your stay, you must respect the premises. You will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation to leave it in perfect general condition upon your departure.
➥ A contribution to cleaning and laundry costs, carried out by a professional company, is included in your rental. Cleaning the kitchen (worktop, fridge, hob, ovens, clean and tidy dishes, empty dishwasher) as well as cleaning the plancha is not included. This is why we ask you to do it before your departure. If you wish, we can organize it for you. This option has a fixed cost of €220.
➥ In the event of breakage, disaster or damage (this can happen!) please report it during your stay. The items must be replaced identically or refunded to the owner.
