➥ Rental period: This accommodation is rented for a period defined at the time of booking. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain in the accommodation outside this period.
➥ Number of guests: This accommodation is rented to you for a specific number of travellers, defined at the time of confirmation of the booking. You may not accommodate any additional travellers. The maximum number of occupants must not exceed 2 people.
➥ Arrival and departure: Arrival times are in the afternoon between 16:00 and 00:00. Departure times are in the morning before 10:00 am. These times cannot be changed unless prior agreement has been given by the host.
➥ Checking in: As soon as you check in, you will be able to carry out an inventory of fixtures and fittings and report any defects (cleanliness, damage to equipment, etc.) within 24 hours.
Equipment provided: This accommodation is rented with bedding (bases and mattresses), duvets, pillows, fitted sheets to cover mattresses, pillowcases and duvet covers. Beds are made up on arrival. Towels (bathroom), bathmats and tea towels are provided. Soap is provided. WiFi internet connection is available throughout the accommodation.
➥ Use of the premises: Throughout your stay, you must respect the premises. You will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation so that it is in perfect condition when you leave. All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and keep it clean. You are not allowed to move the furniture. Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, and do not leave the doors and windows open for long periods if you are using the heating. All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this respect, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, apart from toilet paper. Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause.
➥ Safety and good manners: Please respect the tranquillity of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The volume of noise inside and outside the property must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours. In the event of a dispute or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the disturbance. Parties, events and large gatherings are strictly forbidden. For the sake of the neighbourhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 8am. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Please do not leave young children unattended. In the event of an emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the ambulance service, 17 for the police).
➥ Household waste: Please follow the sorting rules: yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging; green bin for household waste. When you leave, please do not leave anything in the bins and leave them clean.
➥ Pets: Pets are not allowed.
➥ In the event of a problem: In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation. In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage is apparent. In the event of loss or damage to any part of the accommodation, part or all of the deposit will be retained.
➥ Penalties in the event of a breach of the house rules: In the event of a breach of the house rules by the tenant, the owners reserve the right to apply appropriate penalties:
Termination of the rental contract with loss of the security deposit. You will have to leave the property before the agreed departure date following interruption of your stay. In the event of damage or breakage, the objects will have to be replaced identically or reimbursed to the owner using the amount of the deposit. The tenant may take out home insurance cover, thanks to the holiday extension, in the event of major damage noted at the departure inspection. If the cleaning carried out by travellers does not meet minimum hygiene standards, they will be billed for additional cleaning and maintenance hours.
