Terms and Conditions.

Deposits.
All bedrooms at Pax House require a deposit of 50% of the full charge on making a reservation. The balance of the amount will be paid on departure.
A reservation is not confirmed or secure until this deposit has been paid in full. Visa card and Master cards are accepted.

Cancellation
For bookings of three or less bedrooms.
If a reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date, the full deposit is refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled within the 14 day period prior to the arrival date the deposit in lost and is non-transferable.

For bookings of four or more bedrooms.
If a reservation is cancelled 24 days prior to the arrival date, the full deposit is refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled within the 24 day period prior to the arrival date the deposit in lost and is non-transferable.

We do recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Only email cancellations will be accepted, please ensure you receive acknowledgment of cancellation from us.

Children.
Children over the age of 12 years are welcome.
All of our bedrooms sleep a maximum of two guests and therefore more than one bedroom will be required for parties of three or more.
