1. Introduction
Welcome to Clecici conciergerie. The present General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) and
General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all services provided by
Cledici conciergerie, as a service provider and subcontractor on behalf of property managers

2. Services
Cledici conciergerie provides property management and maintenance services, including
taking security deposits from travelers before they move in. These
services are carried out on behalf of our customers who own and manage

3. Security Deposit

3.1 Taking the Security Deposit
Prior to arrival at the property, a security deposit will be requested from the traveler. This deposit
will be made in the form of a bank imprint via the Stripe secure payment terminal.

booking platforms and is known to the traveler.

3.2 When the deposit is taken
The security deposit is required from two days before the traveler's arrival.

3.3 Use of the Security Deposit
The security deposit covers any breakage, theft or disrespect of the premises by the traveler. In the event of breakage or
the corresponding amount will be automatically debited from the security deposit. From

3.4 Inventory of fixtures

3.5 Penalties
The following penalties will be applied and deducted from the security deposit:

● Presence of smoke in the accommodation: deduction of the entire security deposit
● Garbage not taken away: €25
● Beds left unmade, lights on, windows open: €25

3.6 Exceeding the amount of the security deposit
For any breakage or theft exceeding the amount of the security deposit, the traveler undertakes to
activate his/her civil insurance. If the traveller does not contact the owner about his insurance
insurance, the owner may take legal action against the traveler in the competent
courts of his jurisdiction.

3.7 Conditions of access to accommodation
Without a security deposit, access to the accommodation will not be possible for the traveler.

4. Responsibility of Cledici conciergerie
Cledici conciergerie may not be accused or condemned in any way whatsoever by either of the

5. Acceptance of Terms
The use of the services of Cledici conciergerie implies the complete and unreserved acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Modification of the Conditions
Cledici conciergerie reserves the right to modify these GCU and GTC at any time.
The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are put online. You are advised to consult
regularly to keep informed of any changes.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GCU and GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their
