The apartment is on the ground floor and you will have sole use of the apartment during your stay. There is a separate kitchen, living room, hallway, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. The sofa bed is in the living room and has all the bedding and linen stored within it, already made up ready for use. There is a large flat screen smart TV (Netflix, YouTube etc.), dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has a full height fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. are provided so that you can cook should you wish. (There are plenty of takeaways available in High Wycombe on Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats should you prefer!) There is a washing machine and clothes airer in the hallway cupboard as well as an iron and full size ironing board for any crumpled and creased clothes. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath; both large and small towels are provided for all guests.

There is a secure gated underground car park with bike storage. Parking for one car is free but you will need to reserve a parking space at the time of booking. There is additional on street pay and display parking on Suffield Road outside the apartment should you need it.
