【Meeting Point & Time】

Meeting Time: 7:00 AM at Raicho Onsen inn.
Important Note: Guests are required to stay at Raicho Onsen inn on the night before the tour. A 1-hour mandatory briefing and gear orientation (crampons, ice axe, and beacon) will be conducted on the day of your arrival.

Clothing: Outdoor fleece, technical base layers (synthetic or wool), neck warmer or balaclava, warm hat, and gloves.
Gear: Insulated water bottle, trekking poles, sunglasses/goggles, backpack, and trail snacks.
Lunch: We will enjoy the famous ramen at Nishihodaka Sanso (included in the tour price) .

【Important Notices】

Age Requirement: 18 to 50 years old.
Difficulty: This is an advanced winter climb. Participation is limited to those with experience in mountaineering or long-distance hiking.
Base Layers: To manage sweat and maintain body temperature, please ensure you wear synthetic or wool base layers (avoid cotton).
Cancellations: If heavy snow, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions are forecast, or if the Shinhotaka Ropeway is suspended, the tour will be cancelled.
Alternative: Depending on conditions, we may offer a snowshoe tour in Norikura Kogen instead. In this case, the difference in the tour fee will be refunded.
Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least one week in advance to allow for gear preparation.
Insurance: We recommend purchasing "One-time Yama-no-hoken" (Mountaineering Insurance). Please let us know if you would like to enroll through Raicho.
