This beautiful flat with independent access is located above a large house, so you can enjoy its large garden, all the outdoor furniture as well as direct access to the beach.

⚠ The house will never be occupied when the flat is rented, so you will always be alone to use the garden and outdoor furniture.

The house is nestled just behind Kerpape beach in a green setting in the middle of landscaped and fully enclosed grounds of 1000 m2.

To the rear of the house is a large lawn with trees, shrubs, flowers and a vegetable garden in which you can help yourself.

Direct access to the beach via an enclosed gate at the bottom of the garden.

A terrace protected by vegetation allows you to enjoy lunch or dinner in the setting sun. Table and chairs for 6 people with parasol.

At the front of the house, lawn and parking space with gate.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area facing the ocean and close to the Kerguelen nautical base where you can enjoy all water sports for all ages.

The large beach of Anse du Stole and the small port of Lomener with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are 20 minutes away on foot and 4 minutes by car.
